viking reminders

In recognition of October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, ALL varsity players will be wearing hot pink socks and Varsity coaches wristbands ALL during the month of October.  The Varsity Players and Coaches are aware this is a 100% participation requirement, and should that not be the case for any game, the Saturday morning breakfast will be cancelled.  Last Saturday I asked for a showing of hands of all players/coaches that have been impacted by cancer by either their Moms/Dads/siblings/GMA/GPA/Aunts/Uncles/Cousins/friends.  Every player raised their hand.  So this is a big deal!  The Freshmen and JV teams have been provided both wristbands and helmet decals to show their support as well.
