Playing College Football
So, you would like to play college football?  Well there are several things that YOU and YOUR PARENTS need to do to make you eligible to play at the next level.  Go to www.azfca.com and fill out an online Football Profile.  It doesn't cost anything for you to fill out the profile.  The website has everything you need to know and do about playing college football.  It's never too early, but it can be too late to begin the process so, it doesn't matter if you're a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior you need to take these steps today!
Steps to take ASAP:
1. Check out the website www.azfca.com check out EVERYTHING click on every page, read as much as you can to get yourself and parents educated.
2. Fill out a Football Profile
3. Talk to Coach Mayfield
4. Evaluate colleges you would like to go to and create a list of 10.
5. Be realistic as to the College level that you can play.
      

  
All Juniors need to be signing up for the ACT and SAT test as soon as possible.

Now  you need to get registered by the  NCAA Eligibility Center.  Click on the link and follow  the instructions on getting  registered.  You should do this during your Junior year of high school.

National Test Dates

In order to be considered a "QUALIFER" or take an "OFFICIAL VISIT" to any NCAA institution you must take one of the National Scholastic Achievement Test.  The sooner you take one of the TESTS, the BETTER!  Taking the test earlier allows NCAA institutions to expedite thier recruitment of you, and it gives you a chance to kow exactly where you stand academically.  BE SURE TO SEND YOUR TEST SCORES TO THE NCAA Eligibility Center!  Use the Code 9999.     

See your counselor about registering for one or both of these tests.  Registration is usually 1 month PRIOR to test date.
